If you do not properly notify us within 24 hours of receipt that equipment is deemed to be damaged or defective, there will be no refunds issued for equipment that is deemed to have been damaged due to misuse or accidental breakage while under client control. This is the sole responsibility of the client and is not refundable. Once full payment is made you have 48 hours to notify us and there will be a fully refund for the customer purchase.
